Level 3309 Candy Crush Saga is an order level, you have to collect licorice squares to complete the level. The licorice will be provided by lucky candies which will drop from the dispensers once the bubblegum below them is cleared. 

There are only three colours on the board so it is very easy to make wrapped and striped candies as well as colourbombs. When you get a colourbomb using it on one colour will create lots of cascades which will get the lucky candies changing and collect the licorice.

Level 3309 is an order level, you have to collect striped candies and licorice to complete the level. You will get licorice dropping from the top of the board as you play, but there is some down each side which you will have to unlock using stripes and wraps. Wrapped candies will be the most helpful if you detonate them close to the side of the board as they will unlock and clear the licorice with one move. Stripe/wrap combos will also help. Don't forget about the stripe order, if you can switch a stripe with a colourbomb at some stage that will give you most of the stripes you need as well as clearing a lot of licorice.

There are only 7 moves to collect 70 stripes and 32 licorice, which should be impossible but is in fact fairly easy once you get going.

Although not a hard level it does rely quite a lot on luck to get the colourbombs you need.

Once you have the first colourbomb it gets easier, you need to be trying to get colourbombs and stripes together so you can switch them to get the stripes needed. You will need at least two colourbomb/stripe combos to get the stripes and you can also switch two colourbombs together to clear the licorice, this will give you a better chance of collecting enough stripes.

You can only make matches vertically because the candy canes prevent you from moving the candies sideways.

Once you have completed the orders the game tends to cascade for a long time with colourbombs exploding everywhere. You can either let it cascade until it finally ends or stop it once you have collected the orders.
