Hints and tips showing how to pass level 2839 Candy Crush Saga without boosters by Cookie
Level 2839 needs some powerful combos if you are to have any chance of passing it.
Colourbomb combos are the best, switch a colourbomb with either a stripe or a wrap, or even two colourbombs switched together. This is the only way you will clear level 2839 with so many blockers and so few moves.
The cakes need to be cleared as there is jelly under them, but they will help with clearing the board too.
Once you clear the licorice it gets easier to clear the cakes although it will drop again when you use some combos.
I was quite lucky at the end of the video, but I'm grateful for any luck!

Haven’t even come close not enough moves!
Ridiculous really. Takes about 3 hits for the licorice to disappear which makes the moves much more limited. They also got rid of the other format which probably would have been easier to pass.
I have no boosters so no chance.
Boosters will not help. At all. Just need a lucky board. Have not even gotten close. Refuse to waste any more boosters. Jane E
Not even getting close with this one. Magic--maybe a bit of magic would help.
Twice today I have come close, at the end of my moves there was a move left on the board that would have beat the level! This after playing over 100 times. The only tip I can suggest is to make lots of boosters and focus on the center of the board.

Really tough level. After many tries I finally started with all three boosters. Choc ball/stripe appeared right away. The fish were helpful at the end and cleared the final candies. Had to use two hammers to clear the second cake. Glad to move beyond this one.
Now that 30 moves are available, I was able to beat this level with 2 moves left, NO BOOSTERS.

Shout out to you guys at this level. I'm back at 1810 and came to ask the experts. What level(s) do you play for stripes for Dexter? I have been playing 1476, but each game takes so long with all the cascades. I'd like to have another level that's easy to pass and takes less time to play. Thanks for your help. I am in awe of those who have made it this far!
To Susan-If it is just to get the first ten stripes I play 932. It is easy to win, doesn't take long, fun and you collect a few sugar drops. Hope this is what you meant.

I hate 1476; it takes forever. 281 isn't bad, though it doesn't give you as many stripes. I've done fairly well on 185, and it goes pretty fast. Dexter doesn't count any stripes or combos from stripes you're given, like the ones from the spaceship/hat, nor (I don't think) the ones for moves at the end. Truth to tell I've given up on Dexter as it's a lot of time for a small reward.
This is an easy one if you have the full spaceship/hat. Arnie, I commend your patience, and Cookie's. I'll never have that much.
Chocolate sprinkle/wrap with same color candies by cakes. Then any chocolate sprinkle /stripe or stripe/wrap you can make will do it. Also, used a fish booster. First try, eight moves left, three stars.

To Susan. 1955 is what I use for Dexter. It's a timed level but very easy and you can go on forever.

Thank you, Sharon! The fish booster with the space dash did it on the first try. It looked impossible, but suddenly came together. First try and only one move remained.
First try with double chocolate sprinkles. Way to go with this one.used two hammers to get the last cake.
1476 is a long tedious level, but I can get up to 150 stripes each go. Cant find another level that gives so many each time. I count on playing only 5 rounds in an hour. Have to have the TV on as it's so boring! Lol.
Susan, try 1055. It's super easy and fast.

another lucky board, got it 2nd go with the help of full space dash.
Lucky level with double sprinkle balls and lot of combos, but down to 1 candy and no lollipop booster to hit it. So frustrating

Got bored and threw some boosters at it. Still needed 5 moves from the lucky spin to finish it off. Phew. Could've been stuck there for a looooong time. Anyway, onward...
I’m not against using boosters, infact I would never have got this far without them, but I just don’t understand why you wouldn’t try and complete the level without them first. I only use free boosters, and only once I’ve tried for a couple of days to do it on my own, I like the challenge it presents. Guess that’s why I’m still stuck on this level.

I also endorse 666 — get at least 60 stripes and often in the 70’s; occasionally up to 95. I also like 1538 which is an (easy) timed level and you can go on forever. Literally have to decide to stop. It takes s while but I’ve gotten over 500 stripes with it. Elektra

Stupid level waiting for boosters cc games suck
Time to take a break playing this level, horror level, i dont even try, Thats why i dont get far in cc, Haha, and i dont care. Its still a shit fucking game and i dont play iT often. To complicated, Just waiting for a lucky board, Beside that, i dont have the patient, spending time on my other games, sorry cc, time you get your game on order!

Another Impossible level. Just 30 moves, no skill involved just luck. Stuck here for 2 weeks, closest 4 away- but most time nowhere near. So boring, choc bomb & stripes only appear when no use.
I know its your game, but its a total fraud and cheat. You set it for your benefit. Many times when you get free boosters, it places them in a useless position.
I have played this level several times and I am convinced the developer wants you to lose. You set up stripes and they set in the wrong directions contrary to rules.

Utter rubbish no boosters can’t replay old ones to obtain more boosters so need to find something else to play
